2 updates in a week?

Trying to be healthy sucks. I'm telling you internets, it might just not be for me. The whole health thing in general would be much easier if I took it for granted.

I mean, I used to eat the health equivalent of shit on a stick. Fried fast food washed down with mountain dew. Hilariously large 'combo' portions. Plus I'd sit on my ass all day and punch a keyboard. Despite all of that I was skinny and energetic and didn't care so much about what I ate.

I've been fast food free for more than a year now, and I don't drink much soda or eat much junk food anymore. I eat salad for lunch most days. I get fresh fruit with my sandwiches instead of fries. I have water with every meal. And I work out. I really should be the fucking epitome of health-freaks right now.

Should I be disappointed that I look and feel pretty similar to how I looked and felt before I started caring? It would be really easy to take up smoking and eating Del Taco (even I won't stoop to eating McDonald's).

I'm pretty sure that I'm invincible anyways. I haven't been sick in so many years that I've lost count. I even recover from serious injuries in just hours. I am confident that I could eat crude oil and still maintain my statuesque marbled physique. Without showing me a photograph of my father, give me one good reason to keep being conscientious!

Me! I smoke, eat crap, and sit around all day... and I'm practically a walking zombie. My doctor is surprised I am capable of functioning as a human being on any level. If you slack in your healthiness you will immediately become like me... and get gonorria(sp?) and die as well.

Is that a reason for or against your lifestyle?

Keep in mind that I am delusional and Z-Day is something I look forward to.

Eh, some people just have better metabolisms. 2 years ago, I was at the epitome of health, and I've always had my pot belly, however it has grown somewhat since then.

But, if you revert to eating shit on a stick, give it a year. You will know my plight all too well.

If I'm fated to be a hairy, blubberous mass, I might as well enjoy it, no?

You may not be able to notice your burgeoning health and athleticism, but you haven't really put it to the test yet. Let's go do something fucking insane and stupid. You'll see how much it's paid off as we run from the police/natives/elderly. Plus, even I can see muscle and energy developing in you that wasn't there before, and I don't even particularly care. This leads me to believe that the hordes of lady-types who wanted your junk before are now moistening even more intensely for you.
